LIPS identifies as both a male & a female who uses not only his sinister appearance, but her lust as a psychological advantage over his opponents. LIPS certainly takes great pleasure in the "Little Death" of her enemies. We have also seen that The FreakShow has created his own following in the form of The Red Light District. LIPS has made it clear to anyone in SWW that she will turn them into playthings, or he will BDS-HIM.
