Following the events of Sinister Intent, Cole Graham sits down once again with the Cyberpunk, Codie Hale, to discuss her experience in the infamously obscene "Shred & Tear" Match!

COLE: Hello and welcome, SWW Faithful! We are just removed from an unforgettable night of horror, violence, and yes--PUPPIES!--in this most "Sinister" chapter of Supremacy World Wrestling's history. But, just because that chapter has come to a close does not mean the intrigue has to end there; over the next few weeks I will be sitting down with various participants of the event and allowing them to share with you their thoughts, how their experiences in San Antonio have changed them, and where they go from here. Ladies and gentlemen: this is... The Aftermath!

COLE: My guest at this time is actually returning for her second interview. Please welcome back... the Cyberpunk, Codie Hale! Good to have you back, Codes!

CODIE: Hey, thanks Cole. It's good to be back!

COLE: Let's talk about Sinister Intent, where you took on Ashba in a Shred & Tear Match, of all things. What was your mindset going into that? It's been no secret that eye candy matches are not your thing. Was there ever a moment where you thought, "Maybe this isn't such a good idea?"

CODIE: Well, sure. I mean in my line of work, I ask myself that question every other day. (laughs) As for my mindset, for me: this was never going to be an eye candy match. I came for a fight and I was going to give people a fight--no matter what kind of stipulation Ashba threw at me. This business isn’t for the faint of heart; If you can’t step out of your comfort zone, you'll never be able to say you've done it all. You can either chicken out, or you can suck it up, put on your big girl pants, and lace up those boots like a champ. Whether it's a good idea or not is irrelevant to me. I'm gonna wrestle.

COLE: Speaking of "big girl pants." (laughs) You did go on to lose this match, despite what was an incredible effort on your part and I congratulate you on that. Before, you said a recurring nightmare of yours was being caught in your underwear in public. Now having been subjected to that, how did your experience stack up against those dreams? Does it compare? There were a lot of people in attendance!

CODIE: (laughs) Oh, it was awkward at first. It’s hard enough just taking a regular L. But standing there like a deer in the headlights, not knowing whether to cover up or just grin and bear it, ugh... Funny enough, it was the encouragement of all the fans that snapped me out of it. Ashba tried to take my dream match and turn it into my nightmare, but it didn’t work, thanks to them.

CODIE: Now, one thing I am embarrassed about, is letting myself get caught by that Black Sacrament. That's entirely on me. Got a little bit carried away and spent too much time on the apron. I have to give that one to Ashba, much as it pains me to say it. She caught me.

COLE: You certainly seem to have conquered your fear! Does that mean we could see more Codie Hale Shred & Tear Matches in the future?

CODIE: Now I didn't say THAT! I'd still rather be fighting for the pin than fighting for my pants. (laughs) So no, Shred & Tear was a one-time deal. Now, do I regret having taken part in that kind of match? Not for a second.

CODIE: Life is about experience. Pushing yourself past your limits to do things you never thought you could before. At Sinister Intent, I delivered one of the biggest Hale Marys of my entire career. And I did it in my bra and my Hello Kitty underoos. That was wild, it was badass, and it's a moment I wouldn't trade for the world. It's not something that was ever on my bucket list before Sinister, but I'll check it off anyway. (laughs)

COLE: So what's next for you, now that Sinister Intent is over?

CODIE: (sighs) Unfortunately, I'm gonna be sitting out for the next couple shows. Not by choice; Ashba's bat did a little more damage to the old noggin than I realized, and the docs are making me stay home for a bit. But don't worry; it won't take me long to get back on my feet and raring to go!

COLE: I'm sure I speak for all the SWW Faithful, when I say we wish you a speedy recovery. Is there anything you'd like to say before we sign off here tonight?

CODIE: Yeah, there is... I want to send my sincere congratulations out to Ashba. Without a shadow of a doubt, you proved you truly are the Queen of Obscene.

CODIE: That said, you and me? We're not done. Not by a long shot. Miss Lightning-in-a-Bottle is here to stay. You may call SWW your domain, but now this is my home, too. And I'm not going to stop pushing myself until I prove to everyone here that I'm the best wrestler in this division. I played your little game. And the next time you and I meet in that ring, we're gonna be playing by my rules. Bet on it.
