Following recent events and growing tension on SWW Adrenaline, Cole Graham sits down with the Night Mother, Ashba!

 

COLE: Hello SWW Universe! Welcome to yet another exclusive interview here on the SWW website! This time we will be joined by the Night Mother, Ashba! I think one of the main questions on a lot of people's minds is, Can we expect to see you go after the Women's Championship after Sinister Intent?
 

ASHBA: I doubt it. Honestly I couldn't care less about the damn thing. I've held them before and I don't understand the need to have it but if the mood arises I'll simply take it from whomever has it. I'd rather play with the boys and go after the Starlight or US title if Vale would've allowed it. Maybe he'll have a change of heart one day but until then I'm stuck playing with the fragile girls.
 

COLE: Do you feel that cause of your tenure, that makes you a target amongst the others in the division?
 

ASHBA: No I think the fact that I am who I am makes me a target. I forget those brats exist yet they're always trying to pick a fight with me. These girls see a woman that does whatever the f*** she wants when she wants and doesn't pander to the fans yet is still loved by them and they envy that. These girls have to kiss the fan's asses or get on their knees for the higher ups to get somewhere. Does my tenure have a part to play in it? No, I don't consider myself to have that much tenure.. I was eye candy for a junkie for several years just trying to make my way in this business and only ever got to have a few matches at house shows until a few years ago. Someone once told me that I never got opportunities because of how "unhinged" I was.. Well if anyone knows their history they'll know that she ended up getting a Black Sacrament though an announcer's table and I was crowned a champion after that.
 

COLE: Speaking of picking fights.. Akira Yukimura mentioned in her interview that you didn't intimidate her and that you should be scared of her instead, what do you think about that?
 

ASHBA: I've had coitus with my husband scarier than her. Really, being tied up by a beautiful, petite Japanese man with a riding crop is more daunting than her. She thinks she is intimidating because she calls herself an "empress" and carries a baseball bat. Well as people have seen I'm very handy with a bat myself and what is she supposed to be the Sacred Empress of? A dynasty that isn't even here in SWW? She isn't the empress of anything here. She's in my domain now and she should know that a peasant doesn't come for the Queen of Obscene unless she sends for her.
 

COLE: Yikes! Well it looks like The Queen of Obscene has spoken! With what has transpired between yourself and Codie Hale, do you feel proud of what you've done to not only her but her gear designer as well? Why do you feel it was necessary to do so?
 

ASHBA: What I did to Codie was almost as satisfying as every night I spend with my husband..  Someone needed to put Codie in her place and who better than myself to embarrass her in front of thousands of people? As far as her gear designer? Oh that was just for my own amusement.

COLE: Out of all the matches you could've challenged Codie to, why challenge her to a Shred & Tear match?

ASHBA: I wanted something original and obscene, something to embarrass her more. Something to prove my point even further as to why Codie is bland and vanilla, especially when you compare or put her next to me. The Shred & Tear match is a bit of an original concept I proposed to Vale and knowing Vale.. I knew he was going to eat it up. I'm all about sex appeal and violence. This match type is going to give all of that and more.. I'm not only going to embarrass her again, I'm going to maim and mangle her. She wanted to insert herself into something that had nothing to do with her and when I said I'd give her something to cry about, I meant that literally.
